Mii amo is a destination spa and wellbeing resort located in Sedona, Arizona, in one of the area's major energy vortexes. Open since 2001, it is recognized as a global leader among destination spas and wellbeing resorts. The resort operates in an isolated setting surrounded by nature and structures stays around personalized programs it calls Journeys.

Accommodations: 23 casitas and suites

The accommodations consist of 23 casitas and suites set within a private enclave with a quiet courtyard, shaded by cottonwood trees. All units include a fireplace, private outdoor space and heated bathroom floors. The newly added suites also feature spacious living and dining areas and private outdoor patios with a fireplace and seating. The offering is organized into casitas, junior suites and suites.

All-inclusive programs and Wellbeing Pathways

Journeys are packages that include accommodations, taxes, gratuities and fees on accommodations, spa services, and food and beverage. They also include a generous daily credit for spa services or activities at Trail House or Artist Cottage, consultations, lectures, specialty programming and fitness classes, three meals daily at the Hummingbird restaurant, and fresh juices, smoothies, fresh ground coffees and teas at the Juice Bar. Additional treatments or activities reserved in addition to the existing Journey package are subject to additional taxes, fees and gratuities. Program lengths are 2, 3, 4, 7 or 10 nights, with set arrival days: Thursday for 3- and 10-night stays; Sunday for 4-night stays; Thursday or Sunday for 7-night stays; and Sunday or Tuesday, when available, for 2-night stays. The resort welcomes guests ages 16 and up.

The Wellbeing Pathways series includes programs with specific dates, such as Awakening Body, Mind & Spirit in November 2026 and Rest, Reset, Renew in December 2026.

Dining: Hummingbird, Juice Bar and poolside meals

Hummingbird is the signature restaurant and its culinary program is centered on wellbeing. The space is bright and open during the day and transforms into a tranquil, candlelit atmosphere at night. The kitchen sources seasonal ingredients from its own Chef's Garden and from nearby farms, ranches and orchards. The fully redesigned Juice Bar serves refreshing, nutritious drinks during the day and full bar and wine service in the evening. There is also in-casita dining and poolside dining, the latter with cocktails and casual American fare, smoothies, salads, sandwiches and soft drinks. The pool features a new deck and furnishings that harmonize with the colors of the canyon.

Wellbeing, fitness and creativity

The wellbeing program encompasses spa services, fitness classes, personal coaching, consultations and lectures. Activities extend to Trail House at Enchantment and the Artist Cottage, dedicated to creativity. The Boutique completes the resort's offering.
