About Seattle Youth Soccer Association — Neighborhood Recreation

Seattle Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) connects neighborhood clubs rather than running every team from one central field. Its twelve member clubs cover parts of Seattle and Shoreline; families begin by finding the club whose boundary includes their home. The Fall 2026 recreational league covers U10 through U19, while younger players are served through separate club programs. This is community weekend soccer, not Seattle United’s tryout-based competitive pathway.

The fall season runs September 12 to November 22, 2026. SYSA posts schedules by age and division, with games on Saturdays for some groups and Sundays for others. Registration is through the local club, which explains its own fee, volunteer expectations and any scholarship. SYSA says scholarships are often available through member clubs but sets no association-wide price. Because the season is already under way, ask about late openings or the next cycle before assuming a player can join.

SYSA’s North Seattle office is at 301 NE 100th Street, Suite 102, and handles administrative inquiries during the week. It is not the automatic practice or match site. The actual field depends on the member club and the team schedule; the association provides a field finder and schedules online. SYSA describes a twelve-club network and more than 12,500 players each fall, a figure reported by the association itself.

In brief

Twelve neighborhood clubs across Seattle and Shoreline; Fall recreational league serves U10–U19. Scholarships are often available through member clubs; there is no single association-wide fee.
