A Barrio Logan family institution founded in 1933, known for tortillas, rolled tacos, beans, rice, chorizo and eggs, and a short menu.

This is not a modern taqueria or a menu with dozens of fillings: its value lies in simple recipes repeated across generations. Google Maps now places it at 1985 National Avenue; the former Logan Avenue address still appears in references from before the move.
