San Diego College of Continuing Education — Harbor View Campus

Harbor View is SDCCE’s current temporary name for the Barrio Logan campus previously known as César E. Chávez. The district’s trustees approved the temporary name in April 2026 while the community participates in a process to choose a permanent name.

The campus serves adult learners through ESL, adult basic education, high-school diploma and equivalency preparation, healthcare, business and community education. Its facilities include healthcare and child-development labs, a Welcome Center, student lounge, tutoring and learning center, and immigrant-support services.

Located at 1901 Main Street, the campus has parking structures nearby; SDCCE lists a student permit and describes the adjacent parking arrangements. Confirm current permit rules and which entrance serves your class. Call 619-388-1910 for campus-specific enrollment information.
