San Diego College of Continuing Education — Educational Cultural Complex

The Educational Cultural Complex (ECC) brings together adult English, high-school equivalency and career education in areas such as automotive technology, construction trades, information technology and culinary training.

Its published facilities include a theater, tutoring and learning center, mental-wellness resources, a student marketplace and technology hub. Student parking permits are required; confirm current rates and lot access before driving.

At 4343 Ocean View Boulevard, ECC serves southeastern San Diego and functions as SDCCE’s administrative headquarters as well as a teaching campus. Applicants can ask its Welcome Center which program has a cohort at ECC and whether registration, tools or certification fees apply.
