The community provides residents with a resident lounge with coffee service, a Work-Well space with private offices, and a 24/7 fitness center. Pet Policy

Alta Rolling Oaks welcomes up to two pets per apartment with no weight limit. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Standard breed restrictions apply, including Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds. The community partners with PetScreening to manage pet owner approval. Amenities include a dog park and a pet washing station.
