Floor Magic

Floor Magic, flooring and remodeling in Midcoast Maine

Floor Magic is a home remodeling company based in the Midcoast Maine region of the United States. Its activity focuses on the sale and installation of flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and the addition of window treatments, with three design centers in Rockport, Damariscotta, and Brunswick. The company presents itself as a leading destination in the area for these projects and backs its work with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.

Flooring: materials and selection criteria

The flooring catalog includes hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet, and other specialty materials. The company states that selection is based on both the aesthetics and performance of each product. The site showed a seasonal promotion with discounts of up to $1,000 on select hardwood and luxury vinyl products.

Kitchens, baths, and window treatments

In the kitchen area, Floor Magic works with cabinetry, countertops, and layouts designed to adapt to the space and use of the home. For bathrooms, it offers design advice, materials, and its own installation service. It also sells window treatments aimed at providing privacy without sacrificing style, with solutions for any room in the home.

Project support and guarantee

The company approaches the remodeling process as a comprehensive service that saves the client from coordinating different contractors. The journey begins with a consultation in which the project, space, and client's goals are analyzed; continues with the selection of materials and design; goes through the coordination of installers and timelines; and ends with delivery and follow-up. Floor Magic states that it directly manages the installers and maintains direct communication with the project team. Its lifetime workmanship guarantee covers the correction of any work that is not properly executed.

Financing

The company offers financing through Synchrony Bank, with terms that the site describes as no prepayment penalties, flexible terms, quick approvals, and competitive rates. All financial programs are subject to final credit approval.
