On The Fly Moving Guys - Richmond Movers

On The Fly Moving Guys is a downtown Richmond option for people who want to coordinate a move with a crew that also offers packing. The company lists home and business moves, packing materials, transport, loading and unloading, and help with bulky items. Its website describes a move coordinator who stays involved from the estimate onward, which can help when a job involves several addresses or special requirements.

Its local coverage is centered on Richmond and nearby communities. For longer intrastate routes, the company describes a trip of more than 31 miles within Virginia as long-distance and distinguishes that from a move crossing a state line. The company page names towns and neighborhoods it serves; if the origin lies farther away, confirm the pickup area, destination and assigned carrier authority in writing.

Favorable comments on the exact Google Maps listing mention estimate coordination, communication, friendly crews and care during particular jobs. Reviews include accounts of crews wrapping items and helping place belongings. Treat those comments as examples of customer experience and compare them with the needs of your own move.

DMV lists On The Fly Moving Guys LLC as a household-goods carrier under permit 719 at its Richmond address. The website also publishes USDOT and MC numbers for longer routes, but state authority for an intrastate move does not replace federal verification for interstate service. If a subcontractor or destination agent is involved, request its name before signing.

The listing corresponds to 16 North 8th Street, Richmond, VA 23219; the published phone is (804) 836-4954 and the email is sales@ontheflymovingguys.com. The website offers a form to request a quote and advertises continuous service. Describe boxes, stairs, parking and heavy items at first contact so the estimate can better reflect the work.
