CustomStickers: custom vinyl sticker printing

CustomStickers is a custom sticker printing company that lets customers design their own adhesives and receive them quickly. The company presents itself as an easy-to-use service, with an ordering process that takes less than a minute and free shipping on orders over $35. Its catalog includes vinyl, holographic, and clear stickers, sticker sheets, and roll labels, among other products.

Products and materials

The most popular product is custom vinyl stickers, printed in the USA on premium vinyl with a waterproof, UV-resistant laminate. According to the company, these stickers last more than five years outdoors. Holographic stickers are also offered, printed on rainbow vinyl that changes color in the light, as well as clear stickers that let the design show through without distraction. In addition, roll labels for product packaging and kiss-cut sticker sheets are produced.

The company uses printers with a wide color gamut and cutters capable of intricate cut paths. Available finishes are gloss and matte, and all stickers have a UV-resistant laminate. White ink printing is available upon request.

Ordering process

The purchasing process consists of several steps. First, the customer chooses the product type (stickers, decals, or roll labels) and selects size, shape, and quantity. Then they upload their file, choose the finish, and add notes or special requests. If requested, the company sends a digital proof to confirm the size and cutline before printing; the customer can approve it or request unlimited changes. Finally, the order is printed in full color, laminated, precision-cut, and quality-checked before shipping.

Design and file services

CustomStickers accepts virtually any file type, though it recommends high-resolution images such as PNG or JPG, or vector files such as SVG, AI, or EPS. The design team reviews every file to ensure quality and automatically enhances those that need it. It also offers custom design services for an additional fee, with a custom quote. The company allows printing multiple designs in a single order: the first two are free, and each additional design costs $3 to cover file setup. For example, an order of 50 stickers split into 5 designs of 10 each would have an extra charge of $9. For promotional products, no more than two designs per order are allowed.

Features and durability

CustomStickers stickers are waterproof, sun-resistant, tear-resistant, and dishwasher- and microwave-safe. The adhesive sticks well and removes cleanly from most smooth surfaces without leaving residue. The backing cracks easily for easy peeling. The company also makes custom-shaped stickers using die cutting, and offers kiss-cut options for smooth edges. Clear stickers with white ink allow the design to stand out on glass or dark surfaces.

Applications and uses

Custom stickers can be used on laptops, water bottles, windows, packaging, helmets, and much more. The company prints logo and business stickers, as well as product stickers for commercial clients. It also offers transfer decals for storefronts and doors, and laptop stickers. For projects that require product labeling, roll labels make quick application easy. CustomStickers serves small businesses, creators, schools, and teams looking to promote their brands or improve their packaging.

Shipping and price guarantee

The company offers free shipping on orders over $35 and is committed to fast delivery. It also has a best price guarantee. The website states that orders are printed in the USA and shipped to your door. The company also makes it easy to reorder stickers for restocking.

Brand origin and evolution

CustomStickers' logo and identity revolve around the lightning bolt. The company's original name was Fast Stickers, and they chose the lightning bolt to symbolize production speed. Although the company changed its name recently, it maintains the same manufacturing speed that made it known.
