The community is located directly on the Streetcar line and a 5-minute walk from the OHSU aerial tram and Tilikum Crossing. Downtown Portland is less than a 10-minute drive away. The neighborhood has a Walk Score of 84 and offers access to shopping and dining, the Willamette River greenway and Elizabeth Caruthers Park. The Portland Aerial Tram allows you to explore the city and access to OHSU is direct. The building served as a backdrop for a few clips from an episode of Portlandia.

Rental policy and discounts
