The company publishes a local activities guide with attractions, restaurants, and leisure options in the surrounding area.

Stay and reservation policies

The resort operates from April 15 to October 15. Check-in is at 1 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Arrival must be within office hours, which vary throughout the season; if you expect to arrive after 5 PM, you must contact the office. All arrivals must be accompanied by staff to the site. For arrivals, a specific phone number is provided exclusively for that purpose.

The reservation includes up to 4 people, with a maximum of 6 per site. Visitors must register at the office and pay $10 per person; they must leave the premises at the start of quiet hours. Non-registered guests can purchase a day pass for $10, with limited availability. A specific site is not guaranteed unless a site lock fee is paid. Some sites require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The cancellation policy varies by length of stay: for short stays (1-4 nights) the deposit is one night and cancellation costs $50, and must be cancelled 4 weeks in advance; for medium stays (5-13 nights) the deposit is 50% of the estimated cost and cancellation equals one night, with 6 weeks' notice; for long stays (14 nights or more) the deposit is 50% of the estimated cost and cancellation costs $300, with 30 days' notice. No refunds are given for no-shows, early departures, bad weather, or eviction for rule violations.

Pet and vehicle policies

Up to two pets per site are allowed. There is a fenced dog run where they can be off leash; temporary pet fencing is not allowed. American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Mastiff, or mixes of these breeds are not allowed. Pets cannot access pool areas, playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings, and must relieve themselves only on the guest's own site.

Each site accommodates 2 vehicles, including the motorcoach. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas and may incur a fee. Washing the vehicle or motorcoach on-site is permitted, with respect for neighbors. Electric vehicle charging is not allowed at the site, as it can damage the campground's electrical system. Trailers or boats are allowed, but trailers cannot remain on the site; there is a limited storage area. Golf carts must be registered at the office; drivers need a valid driver's license and liability insurance, and must follow speed limits and posted signs.
