Team and Background

Chad and Kate Schoenfeld are the owners of Shoney's Pools. The idea of creating a pool construction and renovation company arose while they were running a pool and spa cleaning business in Palm Harbor, based on stories from customers who had had bad experiences with unlicensed or unreliable builders and remodelers in Pinellas County and nearby areas.

In 2018, Ted Doering joined the team, raised in the pool industry and who worked alongside his father, a pool builder in Pinellas County for more than 40 years. Doering brings more than 25 years of experience and extensive background in pool construction and design, remodeling, project management and equipment repair.
