Published services

• Commercial construction and construction management
• New construction and site work
• Commercial renovation and tenant build-outs
• Retail, medical-office and specialty projects
• Residential custom-home construction
• Investment-property remodeling
• Roofing through a linked specialty provider

AFS’s published project sectors lean commercial, including retail, medical space and national-brand locations. Recent public comments for the Orlando listing describe punctual crews, communication, schedule and budget management, and a home project involving flood repairs and a family-room/porch extension with design, permitting and construction. Ask whether the same project manager will remain through closeout, what AFS performs directly and how design, allowances, permits and subcontractor changes are handled.

The company says occupied-building work may be scheduled after normal business hours when needed; confirm availability and any added cost in writing. It posts no consumer price menu, so ask for a line-item bid separating design, permitting, materials, trade work and closeout. For a residential proposal, clarify whether each task falls under AFS’s license or needs a licensed specialist. The website links Facebook and publishes the office number and email.
