Spree

Spree: Online Social and Sweepstakes Casino for the United States

Spree is a social and sweepstakes casino platform accessible from your browser, with no app download required. It is aimed at a US audience and operates on a free-to-play model: no purchase is required to participate, and you can win real prizes through the sweepstakes coin system. The company presents itself as a social casino with over 3,500 games, a library that, according to its own description, surpasses that of other social casinos in the country.

Game Catalog: Slots, Live Casino, and Arcade

The main offering is social slots, with over 3,000 titles spanning classic and retro styles, Hold and Win mechanics, instant bonus slots, and exclusive titles. Among the themes and formats cited are Megaways slots, Irish-themed games, buffalo slots, and ancient civilization-inspired games, as well as specific games like Break the Piggy Bank or Fortune Llama Hyper Heist.

The catalog is rounded out by over 30 live games from providers such as ICONIC21, Playtech, and M2Play, including Spree Roulette, Gravity Blackjack, Crash Live, Buffalo Blitz Live, and Spin a Win. It also includes arcade games with quick rounds and instant-win action, such as Cross The Road and Bubblegum, developed by studios like Konquer and BGaming.

The platform works with over 50 development studios. The provider list includes Fantasma Games, Playson, Relax Gaming, Ruby Play, Koala Games, 3 Oaks Gaming, Yggdrasil Gaming, Booming Games, JILI, and Penguin King. The company notes that it adds new games every week and sometimes offers early access to releases before they are available at other social casinos.

Virtual Coins and Prize Redemption

Spree uses two types of virtual currency. Gold Coins (GC) are for recreational play and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Spree Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes coins: they are used to play the same games, but unlike GC, they can be redeemed for real prizes, such as cash or gift cards from various brands and retailers. Redemption is done from your account by clicking the redeem button and choosing from the available options, provided you meet the redemption requirements. The platform refers to its redemption guide for minimum redemption amounts.

Proprietary Features and Exclusive Games

Spree has original titles developed in-house, called Spree Originals, which can only be played on the platform. These include Golden Hydra Spree and Catsino Spree Royale.

The multiplayer game Sit 'n Spin pits users against each other in interactive two-minute matches for free rewards, such as free SC, Gift Spins, and GC. It can be played up to three times a day, and participation is free.

The platform also runs two progressive jackpots. SpreePotz is an internal jackpot with four progressive levels that you access by activating it before playing; it can be activated on any spin. The Community Jackpot is a progressive prize awarded randomly every day and shared among participants: the winner receives 50% of the jackpot, and the rest is distributed among players who have contributed by activating it.

Daily Rewards, Loyalty, and Competitions

The daily login bonus lets you claim 0.3 free SC every 24 hours and, for GC, 2,000 GC per day, with no purchase required. The loyalty system awards XP for each spin and rewards upon reaching milestones, such as free Gift Spins, free SC, and mini-games.

The platform hosts free daily and weekly tournaments and multi-races, where players compete for shares of SC based on their leaderboard position. It also includes time-limited missions with instant rewards, from completing a set number of spins to leveling up your account.

Sign-Up Bonus and Starter Pack

The free sign-up bonus gives new users 25,000 GC and 2.5 SC. For those who make a first purchase, the platform offers a 200% boost and a $9.99 Starter Pack with 30,000 GC and 30 free SC. These terms correspond to the information published on the site at the time of review.

Discovery Tools and Support

To help you choose among thousands of titles, Spree offers categories such as popular slots, new games, latest releases, Spree Signatures, and exclusive slots, plus personalized suggestions based on your game history. The virtual assistant Ask Ellie lets you search for games by filtering by theme, game type, provider, volatility, and specific slot features. The platform maintains a blog with news, tutorials, and guides, and offers customer support 24/7 via live chat and email.
