Facilities and Practice Approach

Surgery is performed in the practice's own AAAASF-accredited operating suite on Central Park South. The practice states that the instruments are specialized for facial work and that every surgeon, nurse, and anesthesiologist on the team is selected by Dr. Saman. The practice states that it is not volume-driven, but rather focused on a limited number of cases to which it dedicates time, preparation, and precision. The consultation is presented as an honest conversation to determine whether the anatomy, expectations, and the operation being considered are suitable, without necessarily implying that surgery will be performed.

Training, Research, and Outreach

The practice offers an annual $5,000 scholarship for residents and fellows in facial aesthetic surgery, as well as fellowship training. It maintains a section on scientific research and publications. Dr. Saman regularly returns to Europe to teach and learn alongside other surgeons. The practice also shares educational content such as AesthetiFact, with answers to aesthetic surgery questions cited to the published literature and graded by the strength of the evidence, and Gravity, a guide to facelift surgery.
