About ResortPass
A hotel pool may be visible from the street even though a traveler who is not staying there cannot enter. ResortPass sells that daytime access: a pass for specific hotel and resort amenities without an overnight booking. Its catalog is a reservation platform, not a hotel chain or a property with its own pool.
The search starts with a destination and date. Results include pool, beach, and spa passes, as well as cabanas, daybeds, treatments, and day-use rooms where a hotel offers them. Passes do not all open the same doors: each listing specifies the areas, services, and hours included. A private cabana, for example, is different from a basic pool pass.
That distinction supports very different plans. A local resident can spend a few hours close to home; a family may choose a water park; someone staying elsewhere can book a lounge chair or treatment. ResortPass lists urban hotels and vacation resorts in many U.S. cities and other destinations, but availability depends on the property and date.
Checkout shows the price and terms before payment. After confirmation, the guest receives a booking ID to present at the hotel. Access is limited to what was purchased; food, drinks, parking, tips, or additional treatments may cost extra. Some experiences allow several guests to book together, while others sell individual spaces or services.
Cancellation rules are not uniform across the catalog. They appear on the offer and may vary by hotel or product, so it is useful to read them alongside age limits, guest rules, and access hours. Filters for amenities and atmosphere help distinguish a family-oriented pool from a quieter place to unwind.
The company also sells gift cards and gives hotels a way to offer daytime capacity at pools, spas, and other facilities. Its corporate office is in New York, but that is not the pass destination. Guests go to the hotel named in their confirmation and follow that property’s day-guest check-in procedure.
ResortPass works best when visitors choose the experience first—swimming, relaxing, using a spa, or having a room for a few hours—and then compare what is actually included. The platform separates access to particular hotel amenities from the cost of an overnight stay without mistaking a limited pass for every privilege of a registered hotel guest.
