College of Southern Nevada — Nellis AFB Center

CSN’s Nellis AFB Center connects college study with military education services. The center acts as a liaison for CSN students and Department of Defense education offices, helping service members and eligible dependents navigate academic planning and benefits. The college lists a current course schedule, but offerings can change or be cancelled, so confirm the section and degree plan before requesting military funding.

The official page says tuition may be waived for active-duty members stationed in Nevada who enroll at CSN, subject to its stated conditions. Tuition Assistance requires approval through each service branch and must be submitted within its funding window; spouses may also qualify for the MyCAA scholarship for approved career credentials. CSN can evaluate military training for potential college credit from Joint Services Transcripts or Community College of the Air Force records.

The current address is 4475 England Avenue, Building 20, Room 320, inside Nellis Air Force Base. Students need their own approved base access; the college explicitly warns that the center cannot arrange it. Contact the center or Nellis Education Office before travelling, and distinguish the on-base classroom from the main CSN campuses open to the wider public.
