Vizcaya Village Farmers Market

A free Sunday market among the restored farm buildings of Vizcaya Village, with local growers, food, crafts and optional learning activities.

About Vizcaya Village Farmers Market

Vizcaya Village Farmers Market occupies the west side of the Vizcaya estate at 3250 S. Miami Avenue. The historic village was built around 1916 to support crops and farm animals for the estate; today dozens of local vendors fill the setting with fruit and vegetables, baked goods, vegan foods and handmade products. Vizcaya’s current event calendar lists Sunday hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and free market admission. The market ticket does not include the Main House or formal gardens.

The site offers its own free parking area and, according to the museum’s directions, can also be reached on foot from Vizcaya Metrorail station. Urban Oasis Project says SNAP benefits can be used for local farm fruit and vegetables. Separate listings cover craft workshops, wellness classes and a guided village tour; those activities have their own schedules and, in some cases, charges. Because restoration work has affected an entrance, check the market’s current arrival instructions before visiting.
