ABC Seamless of Nebraska: Steel Siding, Roofing, and Gutters for Nebraska's Climate

ABC Seamless of Nebraska is a home exterior improvement company that has been operating in Nebraska since 1978. Its catalog focuses on seamless steel products —siding, roofing, and gutters— to which it adds replacement windows and doors, and a line of patio structures. The company states that its steel products come with a lifetime warranty and a chip- and fade-resistant coating, and that its approach is designed to respond to the state's extreme weather conditions.

Seamless Steel Siding and Other Enclosures

Siding is the company's main line. It works with seamless steel siding, steel log siding, and steel soffit and fascia components. The company maintains that these materials offer superior protection from the elements and can last indefinitely, in contrast to wood or vinyl siding, which according to its presentation tends to warp, fade, rot, or crack. The site lists seamless siding services for Lincoln, Grand Island, Columbus, and Omaha.

High-Performance Steel Roofing and Gutters

In roofing, ABC Seamless offers seamless steel roofing and steel roofing with shake and slate finishes, for both residential and commercial use. The company states that it backs its roofs with a lifetime warranty and covers new installation, replacement, and repair. In gutters, it markets designer steel gutters, downspouts, and protection systems such as covers and Gutter Hero. According to its description, ABC Seamless gutters channel 33% more water than other types, and the company presents them as more resistant and durable than those of leading competitors.

Windows, Doors, and Patio Products

The company installs energy-efficient composite replacement windows, in bay or bow, casement, double hung, and slider models, as well as entry doors and patio doors. It also markets sunrooms, pergolas, patio covers, screen rooms, wall systems, and pool and spa enclosures, with specific mention of TEMO sunrooms and pergolas. The site describes Soft-Lite windows as an Energy-Star most efficient option.

Consulting, Coverage, and Recognition

The company notes that its staff does not act as salespeople but as home improvement consultants, with the goal of assessing needs and recommending products suitable for each home. It states that it has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and has been included among the Top 500 home improvement companies by Qualified Remodeler magazine. Its stated service area covers Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, Grand Island, North Platte, Wood River, and other Nebraska locations. The site also mentions that it was recognized as the best siding contractor in Lincoln, a claim attributed to the company's own presentation.

Promotions and Current Catalog on the Site

The analyzed site showed an October promotion with 20% off selected items and a "buy 4 windows get 1 free" offer. It also offered a free quote via form, with product selection among siding, patio products, roofing, gutters, gutter protection, windows, and doors.
