Bluegrass Community and Technical College — Newtown North

Newtown North is a separate BCTC address at 690 Newtown Pike. Its Adult Education building serves Fayette County learners, while Building 30 houses Dental Hygiene, Cosmetology and the Testing Center. This division matters for visitors: the main Newtown Campus is at 500 Newtown Pike, and appointments for these services take place at the North site.

The Testing Center administers placement and professional exams, and BCTC says English-language learner placement testing is available only at the Newtown Campus Testing Center. Dental Hygiene students learn in a modern clinic that also sees members of the public by appointment during fall and spring semesters; Cosmetology offers supervised student services. Adult Education includes free GED preparation and Workplace English Language Development classes.

The college lists free student parking and separate hours for Adult Education, Building 30 and the Testing Center. Exam registration is required, and some evening exams need advance appointment. Use the exact 690 Newtown Pike destination and check the relevant service page before visiting so you arrive at the correct building.
