Bluegrass Community and Technical College — Leestown

Leestown occupies 164 Opportunity Way in northwest Lexington and is one of BCTC’s main instructional locations. Its mix of buildings, classrooms and specialized labs makes it a center for technical and health education rather than a single-purpose satellite site. The college’s campus page publishes an aerial tour, maps, contact details and current hours.

Programs listed at Leestown range from associate transfer degrees to air-conditioning, automotive, construction and electrical technology, alongside nursing, radiography, respiratory care, surgical technology and medical information programs. The campus also houses career-readiness services, including a renovated Career Services Center. Several health programs are competitive-entry pathways and use dedicated selection requirements.

BCTC says student parking is free and offers a free Lexington Campus Class Pass while supplies last. A campus map can help locate buildings and parking, and the schedule of classes shows where a particular lab meets. Before enrolling in a selective health credential, confirm the application timeline, clinical requirements and whether prerequisites can be completed at another campus or online.
