Dr. Dabber: e-rig vaporizers designed in the United States

Dr. Dabber is a vaporization technology company founded in 2013 that designs and manufactures e-rig vaporizers and related accessories. The company presents itself as the creator of award-winning products, with the entire design and engineering process carried out in-house by its own team.

Origin and product approach

The company was created to solve what its founders saw as questionable quality and outdated technology in the vaporizer market. Its stated goal was to create a better-quality vaporizer, built with the best materials and backed by its own customer support team. The first standout product was the Dr. Dabber Ghost, described by the company as one of the most awarded pen-style vaporizers of all time.

Since then, the company states that the entire design and engineering process for every vaporizer is done in-house, from start to finish, by its own engineers and designers, with the aim of developing patented technologies that improve the user experience.

E-rigs and e-chambers catalog

The online catalog is organized into several product families. The e-rigs include the Switch², Switch GO, Ghost², XS, and Light models. The company also sells e-chambers compatible with the Switch², Switch GO, Ghost², and XS series, as well as an accessories line that includes Legacy Accessories and Dr. Dabber brand accessories.

Warranty and customer support

The company states that all of its vaporizers are covered by a warranty it describes as industry-leading. It also maintains an in-house customer support team that, according to its presentation, has received multiple awards for the support provided to customers worldwide.

Shipping, payments, and rewards program

The online store processes orders within 2 to 4 business days and offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $150. It accepts all major credit cards and a pay-in-4 option through Sezzle. It also has a rewards program with access to exclusive offers, discounts, and product launches.
