Wind River Wild Horse Sanctuary is a wild horse sanctuary located on a working cattle ranch within the Wind River Indian Reservation, near Lander, Wyoming. Since 2016, the Oldham family has provided professional care in a free-roaming environment for over 250 unadoptable wild mustangs. The sanctuary is one of four Public Off-Range Pastures in the United States, in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the only one located on an Indian reservation.

The sanctuary offers guided tours by appointment to get up close to the wild mustangs. Tours can be booked by phone, email, or through an online booking link. The visitor center is free to enter and includes interpretive panels and exhibits on the importance of the horse in Native American culture and traditions, as well as the history of wild horses in North America. It also has a small gift shop. Everything is available during summer operating hours or by appointment.

Mustang adoptions
