CareerSource Central Florida — Osceola Career Center

On the third floor of Valencia College’s Careers in Technology building, CareerSource Central Florida serves people looking for work in Osceola. It is not a commercial agency selling interviews: the organization is part of the American Job Center network and says its services for job seekers are free. You can ask for guidance, help planning a search and referrals to training options, although assistance does not mean a vacancy is guaranteed or that every course is open to everyone.

The center is at 1800 Denn John Lane, CIT Building, third floor. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon; afternoon visits require an appointment, from 1 to 5 p.m. The center is closed Friday through Sunday. The directory notes parking in Lot G. Public comments include thanks for friendly staff and help received, alongside concerns about program conditions or steps; several reviews concern unemployment benefits, which is a different service from job-search guidance.

The location’s overall rating cannot settle whether a particular person received everything promised. Keep the program name, appointment date and any follow-up messages; if the issue continues, CareerSource publishes a grievance procedure and a channel for public-records requests. For basic search support and access to computers or preparation resources, Hart Memorial Library is another useful public stop; it does not replace CareerSource’s individual guidance, but adds tools. Use official sites before sending documents containing personal information, and never pay an intermediary for a job referral.
