Nuvio

Nuvio: at-home recovery equipment

Nuvio is a direct-sales company specializing in at-home recovery and wellness equipment. Its catalog is organized around two main lines: red light therapy products and ice bath systems, along with a line of portable saunas. The company's approach is designed to replicate at home treatments that are typically performed in clinics or specialized centers, without the need for visits, memberships, or per-session fees.

Red light therapy

The red light line includes devices designed to apply red and near-infrared light to the body. The catalog comprises a mat, a bag, a mask, a cap, a belt, and a therapy cupping device. According to the company, these products emit clinical-grade red and near-infrared light and allow for both targeted and full-body treatments while the user rests. The company presents them as a one-time purchase, with no recurring costs.

Ice baths and chillers

The ice bath range is built around the Recovery Chiller and Recovery Chiller Pro, along with the Recovery Pod, Long Recovery Pod, and Recovery Pod Pro tubs. The chiller is designed for daily use with any bathtub or ice bath, with a cooling power of 1/3 HP, the ability to reach 39 °F, and energy consumption that the company estimates at $0.19 per day. Nuvio markets it as an alternative to the ongoing expense of ice and spa center fees.

Portable saunas

The sauna line is presented as an at-home thermotherapy solution. Among its features, the company notes heating in 5 to 10 minutes and a maximum temperature of 130 °F, with a focus on energy efficiency and low cost of use.
