Mitchell Barocio

Mitchell Barocio, fashion for men and women from Texas

Mitchell Barocio is an online fashion store presented as a project by a Texas couple with nationwide reach. Its catalog is organized into two collections, one for men and one for women, and the company ships only within the United States.

Clothing and footwear catalog

The site displays a catalog of clothing and footwear with prices in US dollars and discounts applied to a reference price. Among the items listed are the Alamo Thermal Knit Crewneck Pullover, the Alan Suede Sneaker, the Alcatraz Leather Sneakers, and the Alora Balance Flat.

Men's and women's collections

The offering is divided into two sections, Menswear and Womenswear, which group men's and women's clothing and footwear respectively. The company states that its garments are designed to fit true to size and recommends sizing up if in doubt, particularly for jackets, which it describes as structured.

Shipping and returns

The store applies a flat rate of $5.99 USD to all orders within the United States and does not ship outside the country. It accepts returns within 50 days of delivery, provided the items have not been worn or washed and retain their original tags. It does not process direct exchanges: to obtain another size, color, or style, the customer must return the original item and place a new order. If a damaged product is received, the company asks customers to contact its team with the order number and a photo of the damage to agree on a solution.

Manufacturing and customer service

According to the store's information, its products are manufactured both locally and internationally, with partners selected to guarantee quality and fair value. Customer service operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, and orders are tracked via a tracking email and a specific page on the site.
