Miami FC Liceo Futbol — Homestead

Miami FC Liceo is the clearest entry point at the new Sports Performance Hub for a Homestead family that wants soccer without a tryout gate. The club describes it as recreational, open to boys and girls ages four through eighteen and welcoming players at every experience level. Its current calendar separates fall, from late August through November, and spring, from February to May; a uniform is included with registration. The page does not publish a weekly practice hour or dollar amount, so families should check the live registration option for the current age group.

The program is built around age-appropriate instruction and Miami FC Academy methods, with a stated emphasis on technical skills, confidence, friendship and enjoyment. The club says standout players may be identified and referred to academy staff, which creates a possible next step without promising selection. That distinction helps families compare it with Homestead SC’s more explicitly tryout-based competitive pathway. Before enrolling, ask about weekly days, exact field access, total fee, equipment and whether the player can join after a season has started.

The listed location is SPH Homestead Regional Park, at 1601 SE 28th Avenue. Miami FC says the complex is its future South Dade home; Miami-Dade County recorded the project’s March 2026 groundbreaking, so families should verify that the active training field and entrance are open before following a map pin. Miami FC itself plays in the USL Championship, a Division II professional league, and plans to relocate to the Homestead complex in the future. It is not the same as Inter Miami CF’s MLS team in Miami.
