Urban Group Contractors

Urban Group Contractors lists 1852 Fletcher Street in Hollywood as its business address and publishes 305-466-9308 as its contact number. The company says it is a full-spectrum design-build and general construction resource for South Florida, with more than 35 years of combined experience among its principals and team. The Florida license search checked October 31, 2026 showed CGC1510983 as current and active under F&S Contractors LLC, the legal entity identified by the company.

Its published work includes high-end residential renovation, new construction, commercial interiors, project planning and construction management. The company’s project directory names residential work in Hollywood and other coastal communities, alongside commercial spaces such as offices, restaurants and fitness locations. It describes a single point of responsibility from early budgeting and constructability through construction, a model worth discussing when design choices and field coordination need to be considered together.

For a major renovation, ask who will prepare architectural and engineering documents, whether those services are included in the contract, which party applies for permits and how changes to selections or scope will be recorded.

Customer accounts describe both a new-home build and a full condo renovation that ran from planning and permitting through demolition and completion. One homeowner also describes the team as dependable when follow-up help was needed. These accounts are several years old; ask for recent references, who will manage the project, how owner-approved changes affect the budget, and what documents are provided at closeout.
