Rosemont Construction

Rosemont Construction is the construction division of Rosemont Ventures Group LLC, a Florida Certified General Contractor based in Hollywood. The state lookup for CGC1541479 showed current active status and an August 31, 2028 expiration in the data checked October 31, 2026. The company publishes a telephone number, email and weekday hours, but not a customer-facing street office; call before visiting rather than routing to the licensing record address.

Its stated work ranges from custom homes and additions to kitchen and bathroom projects, full-home renovation, commercial tenant improvements, impact windows and doors, concrete restoration and structural repair. Rosemont says its licensed general contractor pulls building permits, coordinates trade permits through licensed subcontractors, arranges inspections and closes the permit. For a project with demolition and construction, it says a related demolition division can be included under one point of contact.

The company serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and says it prepares written estimates with allowances for likely unknown conditions and written change orders for approved scope changes. Ask for the exact address of any appointment, the insurance certificate, permit plan and references for a project similar to yours.
