Gencon Construction Group

Gencon Construction Group lists its office at 7875 W 2nd Court, Bay 7, Hialeah. Its Florida certified general-contractor license CGC1511204 appeared active and current on October 31, 2026, with expiration August 31, 2028. The company describes more than 25 years of experience across interior renovations and ground-up construction, and says it works in Broward, Miami-Dade and surrounding areas.

Residential work listed by Gencon

• Whole-home renovations, room and story additions, and garage conversions
• Patio enclosures, kitchens, bathrooms and custom room remodeling
• Windows, doors, flooring, drywall, insulation, staircases and glass showers
• Pavers, driveways, pools, decks, pergolas and outdoor kitchens

Its commercial page adds tenant improvements and finish-outs for retail, restaurants, warehouses, offices, multifamily properties, medical facilities, schools, churches and other institutions. Gencon also offers design-build work and an owner-representative service. That service is unusually detailed: the company lists constructability review, designer and contractor coordination, schedule monitoring, review of payment requests, monthly reporting, site visits and punch-list or closeout support.

A customer testimonial displayed on the company website describes a home renovation in which the team identified and corrected deficiencies in the original construction. That is one client’s account, not a promise that every project will uncover similar issues. For a major remodel, ask for the scope, drawings, inspection schedule, materials and responsible licensed trades in writing; confirm whether Gencon is acting as the general contractor or as the owner’s representative.
