Guilford Technical Community College — Union Square Campus

Union Square occupies a three-story building in downtown Greensboro and focuses on health education and workforce development. The site is part of a public-private partnership among GTCC, North Carolina A&T State University, UNC Greensboro and Cone Health, creating a shared setting for health-care instruction and collaboration.

GTCC describes a high-fidelity simulation environment rather than a full catalog of general campus programs. Students should check their specific health pathway to learn which labs or clinical preparation are based here and where other classes take place. The location is intended to connect instruction with the region’s health-care workforce and partner institutions.

The official address is 124 E. Gate City Boulevard. GTCC provides a campus directions link and general transit and parking information; downtown parking arrangements may differ from the suburban campuses, so check current visitor instructions before arrival. For admissions, program eligibility and registration, use GTCC’s main student-services contacts.
