In the San Diego area are Carlsbad By The Sea, in Carlsbad; Casa de Mañana, in La Jolla; Fredericka Manor, in Chula Vista; and Wesley Palms, in San Diego. In Florida, Cecil Pines, in Jacksonville.

Outreach and engagement programs

In addition to its residential communities, the entity develops programs that connect with the wider world. Well Connected, with a Spanish-language version, offers engagement initiatives; Creative Engagement and Home Match are part of this line of work, along with volunteering. The organization also has the ARCH Center for Innovation, focused on innovation in the field of aging, and its own podcast featuring conversations with people who live and work in its communities.
