About Frisco Soccer Association — Recreation and Academy
Frisco Soccer Association is a community league organized around volunteers: parents coach and help coordinate teams, while the age group and coach determine the weekly routine. Recreational teams extend through U19. The association places players according to school zone and availability, and says not all children can be assigned close to home. Practices usually take place once or twice a week, while games are generally on Saturdays; rain cancellations can move play to Sunday.
The current site says Fall 2026 registration is closed and Spring 2027 registration opens November 1. Its separate U7–U10 Academy program charges $25 for the full fall-and-spring soccer year, but this is an individual player registration form rather than the cost of a team season. Current Frisco recreational players may request an Academy form without the extra fee; Academy-only players must arrange their own team. Proof of birth is required. Ask the office about team dues and uniforms, then check the school attendance zone and field after assignment.
Games use Northeast Community Park, Warren Sports Complex and Toyota Soccer Center according to age; players U13 and older may enter an intercity league and travel to McKinney or Allen. These sites are separated enough that a family should check the field for each date. The office address below is on Pecan Street, not a game location. Official park pages describe soccer fields and, at Warren, futsal, restrooms and parking. Check Spring registration and team placement before the November opening.
