Hulala Home

Hulala Home: modern furniture for every room

Hulala Home is a furniture store that sells modern, functional pieces for the home. Its catalog is organized by room —office, living room, bedroom, dining room and kitchen— and includes complete sets and individual items. The company operates primarily online and offers free shipping on all orders, with dispatch within 48 hours for in-stock items.

Catalog by room

The range covers furniture for the office, living room, bedroom, dining room and kitchen, plus room bundles. Featured products include the Arcua bedroom set with fluted finish and marble top, which includes a bed, nightstand, dresser and chest; the Veritas electric adjustable desk with 360-degree rotation; the Aura ergonomic executive chair with massage function; the Aeris curved sectional sofa with boucle upholstery; the Curvan extendable dining table; and the Victoria multilevel storage system. Pieces for kids' rooms are also available, such as the Nursery power recliner.

Delivery options

The company offers three delivery methods: doorway drop-off (free), room of choice delivery ($99) and White Glove service ($199). The latter is an all-in-one service in which the same professional team handles delivery, placement, stair carry, unpacking, assembly and debris removal in a single visit. White Glove service availability varies by ZIP code. White Glove and Room of Choice services are charged per item. Deliveries are scheduled in advance and confirmed with a prior call. Delivery is made to the first accessible ground-level entrance, such as the front entryway, garage, patio or curbside, according to the customer's instructions. A signature is requested upon receipt. Items can be carried up stairs where safe and accessible, with possible additional fees for multiple flights. Packaging and delivery debris are removed and properly disposed of. Assembly is performed on-site by the delivery team.

Additional programs and services

Hulala Home has a rewards program called Hulala Club, which awards points on every order. It also has a Trade Program and an affiliate program. The company participates in a tree-planting initiative. It offers hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery and compensation for damage within 30 days of receipt.

Customer service

Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST). The company maintains a blog and an ideas and inspiration section, and allows customers to subscribe to a newsletter for updates on new products, design tips, special events and sales.
