About Florida SouthWestern State College — Corporate & Community Education
Corporate & Community Education operates from Building I-116 on Lee Campus, sharing the college’s 8099 College Parkway address. This office is a separate entry point to FSW for employers and community learners: it arranges customized workforce training and noncredit learning beyond the degree catalog. Current public listings include technical and safety training, CPR and first aid, SAT preparation, youth career exploration and lifelong-learning workshops. Enrollment dates, fees and prerequisites belong to each course, not to one general college tuition rate.
For employers, the department describes customized training delivered onsite, at FSW or online, including hazardous-materials subjects and emerging workplace technology. Residents can browse topics such as healthy aging, photography, natural health and music-related workshops. These offerings are not substitutes for credit-bearing AA, AS or bachelor’s programs. Before registering, ask whether a class carries continuing-education credit, a certificate or noncredit participation only.
FSW lists the office at Lee I-116 and publishes weekday office hours of 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; class dates and meeting locations vary. Call 239-489-9105 or check the department calendar before travelling. The campus map identifies numbered parking lots, and FSW lists several LeeTran stops onsite. Follow posted parking rules and the arrival instructions for your specific class.
