The company starts with a no-charge design consultation. The owner may sketch a concept during that meeting; detailed specifications, measured drawings and pricing plans carry a fee, which the company says is credited to the construction cost if it is hired. The kitchen process can include measurements, cabinetry and appliance selection, lighting, plumbing, flooring and coordination of installation. The company advises that timelines vary from weeks to months depending on scope and special-order materials.

The website publishes client accounts describing multi-room work that involved rebuilding walls, tile, plumbing and electrical changes, as well as regular cleanup and feedback during the project. Those accounts give readers a sense of the work process, but an individual testimonial is not a substitute for recent references on a comparable job. Ask for a written schedule, allowances, insurance certificate and permit plan.

Customer accounts describe a condo renovation while the owners were out of state and a bathroom project where the owner valued advice and a consistent crew. For remote owners, request a written update cadence, photo documentation, change approvals and a single day-to-day contact.
