Bell Moving & Storage

In Fairfield, north of Cincinnati, Bell Moving & Storage combines a nearby office with a structure designed for longer routes as well. The family-origin company says it has operated since 1922 and works as an agent of Wheaton Van Lines; for customers, that opens coordination beyond the metro area, although the estimate should state who transports the shipment and who is responsible for each leg.

Its service menu goes beyond household transportation: the company lists residential, commercial, office, senior and military moves; packing, unpacking, storage and project coordination. Its Fairfield page describes a dedicated move coordinator. That matters when a move involves closing dates, reserved elevators or staged deliveries, since one contact can keep logistics questions organized.

Favorable comments on the exact Fairfield Google Maps listing repeatedly mention professional crews, respectful communication and careful treatment of furniture, floors and walls. Some accounts describe crews working through inventory changes during a move. Reviews can help identify topics to discuss with a coordinator, but they cannot promise the same outcome on another date or with another crew.

The address at 4075 Port Union Road matches Bell Moving and Storage Inc in Ohio’s carrier list, CPCN 00138070. FMCSA’s federal record also shows active authority for interstate household-goods operations. That combination is relevant if a route crosses a state line, but the legal name and authority number should appear on the order; a commercial relationship with Wheaton does not replace that check.

The office lists (513) 942-7500 and lets customers request a quote. To compare proposals, give each mover the same inventory, addresses and services; request separate charges for packing, storage, stairs and difficult access. Before booking, confirm the applicable tariff, dates, selected protection and written claims process.
