cpap.com: Online retailer of CPAP equipment and sleep apnea therapy

cpap.com is a U.S. online store dedicated to selling CPAP machines, masks, supplies, and accessories for sleep apnea treatment. The company presents itself as the number one retailer of travel CPAP and claims to have matched over 1.9 million CPAP masks. Its catalog includes equipment from major brands in the industry, with over 95,000 five-star product reviews, according to data shown on the site.

CPAP machines and therapy equipment

The machine catalog includes several categories. Auto CPAP machines adjust pressure automatically throughout the night, while travel CPAP machines are compact, TSA-approved devices designed for therapy away from home. BiPAP/BiLevel machines are also offered, which use separate pressures for inhalation and exhalation, and machine bundles that group everything needed to start therapy. The company sells this equipment with a two-year warranty and a 60-night risk-free return policy.

CPAP masks for different breathing styles

The mask selection is organized by the user's breathing type. Full face masks cover the nose and mouth and are suitable for those who breathe through their mouth or have congestion. Nasal masks provide a fit around the nose, while nasal pillow masks offer the most minimal contact. Mask kits with replacement parts are also sold. Each mask includes a 60-night trial, expert fitting support, and a simplified exchange process.

Supplies and accessories

The store offers a wide range of supplies and accessories for therapy maintenance. These include replacement parts for masks and machines, cleaning products, CPAP batteries designed for travel or camping, hoses in all lengths and sizes, replacement filters, and comfort accessories such as pillows specifically designed for CPAP users.

Sleep health and alternatives

In addition to CPAP equipment, cpap.com sells sleep-related products, such as CPAP alternatives, sleep masks, sleep tracking devices, sound machines, sleep supplements, bedding, and snoring solutions. It also offers Ozlo SleepBuds noise-cancelling earbuds, designed for deeper, longer rest.

Home sleep test and support resources

The company offers a home sleep apnea test, with a kit shipped to the customer and results reviewed by a doctor within days, with no lab or referral needed. For those who need help, cpap.com has specialized guides available via chat or phone, a learning center, a CPAP therapy blog, resources for insurance reimbursement processing, prescription upload for verification, and return, exchange, and shipping policies. The company also runs a rewards program that allows points to be redeemed for discounts of up to $45 on future supplies.

Shipping and guarantees

The site indicates that it offers free shipping on orders over $50, same-day shipping, and international shipping. The company promotes a 60-night mask fit guarantee, a price match guarantee, and deferred payment options under the Breathe Now, Pay Later brand. The catalog periodically shows seasonal promotions, such as discounts of up to 38% on machines and accessories during the fall campaign.
