Colgate Professional

Colgate Professional: resources and products for the dental professional

Colgate Professional is the portal that Colgate-Palmolive directs to the dental community: dentists, hygienists, students, and faculty. The site presents itself as a central resource for professional education, patient materials, and the brand's oral health product catalog.

Continuing education and professional development

The portal offers professional articles organized by the same clinical indications as the catalog and a continuing education network, the Colgate Oral Health Network, presented as a free source of dental education with more than 200 CE units available anytime, anywhere, taught by internationally recognized speakers. The site also announces live webinars, such as the one titled "Women's Under the Radar Health Conditions," with speaker Ann Marie DePalma (CDA, RDH, MEd).

In addition, the site has a resource center with specific sections for dentists, hygienists, and students and faculty, as well as a section for awards, scholarships, and grants. The Colgate dental stuDENT app is presented as a tool for dental students.

Patient resources

The patient education section brings together materials aimed at people receiving care in the practice. It includes the Gum Health Physical Tool, which allows gum health to be assessed in the office and a personalized report to be given to the patient.

Social commitment and sustainability

The site details the Bright Smiles, Bright Futures program, with educational resources, a mobile dental van, and volunteer opportunities. It also includes initiatives such as Haz la U Grants and Smile First, along with sections on environmental impact, sustainable products, and sustainable habits.

Science and innovation

The company devotes sections to innovation, quality, safety, and ingredients, with an A-Z ingredient list, scientific team presentations, and scientific evidence. The portal also includes information about its history and purpose.
