About Dollar Traq

Dollar Traq: AI operating system for freight brokers

Dollar Traq presents itself as an artificial intelligence operating system for US freight brokers. The platform unifies carrier vetting, fraud detection, insurance verification, load tracking, and conditional payment release in a single environment. It runs on a proprietary FMCSA database with 22.7 million rows and is operated by five AI agents, with mandatory human approval on every payment, message, and dispute.

AI agents and architecture

The system is built around five specialized agents. Sentinel handles carrier trust: it assesses whether a carrier is reliable for a specific load and whether that trust holds over time, with vet cards, fraud scans, chameleon carrier detection, and 24/7 network monitoring. Rate determines the right price in both directions, extracting quotes into tenant-siloed rate memory, with DAT benchmarks under the customer's license and 2.1σ anomaly alerts. Tracker answers where the load is and whether it will arrive on time, fusing ELD data, predicting late risk, drafting check calls, and sending 214-shaped webhooks to the customer's TMS. Vault turns paperwork into data: it classifies, extracts, confidence-scores, and files every COI, rate con, BOL, and POD, feeding the other agents. Fleetra acts as supervisor: it plans, distributes work to the four agents, and merges responses into a sourced recommendation. Fleetra's approval nodes are where human intervention physically resides.

Carrier vetting and fraud prevention

The platform allows entering an MC number, forwarding an email, or uploading a CSV with 500 carriers. Sentinel resolves identity against the FMCSA data warehouse, scores risk with exposure-normalized math, and keeps watching after booking. The Trust Score incorporates confidence caps so that carriers with thin files cannot fake a good score. Every carrier goes through a fraud scan that analyzes email domain age, potential lookalikes, and phone-to-FMCSA record matching. Alerts are generated for changes in authority and insurance, with affected-loads lists. The company states that every score shows its inputs, its weights, and the FMCSA records behind it.

DT Pay: conditional payment and delivery verification

DT Pay is Dollar Traq's payment system, built on Stripe infrastructure. Funds are committed before pickup and released only when delivery is verified and an authorized person approves the transaction. Payment is made in approximately 90 seconds after delivery verification, with a flat 1.2% fee for subscribers. All carriers receiving payments through DT Pay have passed KYC verification at onboarding, a third-party liveness check, and had their CDL captured. The company states that 100% of payments, sends, and disputes pass through a human-approval node, with no exceptions, by architecture.

Data and document layers

Dollar Traq maintains that it builds its own intelligence rather than renting it. The data layer consists of 22.7 million FMCSA rows in a proprietary PostgreSQL warehouse, queried directly and not through third-party APIs. It includes authority history, inspections, out-of-service orders, and insurance filings. The document layer houses over 350,000 archived insurance certificates, plus every rate con, BOL, and POD that arrives in the inbox, read by AI and verified against requirements. The payment layer is DT Pay on Stripe rails.

Workflow and use cases

The operational flow covers five stages: vet, onboard, track, verify delivery, and pay. In the first, authority, inspections, and monthly census diffs are checked to detect chameleon carriers before they touch a load. Then the Trust Score is calculated, agreements and KYC are formalized, the load is tracked to delivery, and the POD is verified against the load. Finally, DT Pay releases payment. The platform describes scenarios such as a carrier with a domain registered nine days earlier and a phone matching a revoked MC, which is stopped before moving the load; or a negotiation where a $3,100 quote is checked against rate history and closed at $2,800; or a delay on I-40 that Tracker detects two hours in advance and allows notifying the customer before they notice the delay.

Security, audit, and governance

The company declares that every consequential action passes through a human-approval gate, that every response is access-filtered, and that every session is replayable. Human approval is not a setting that can be turned off, but a node in the graph. The audit trail is logged end-to-end. Rate memory is tenant-siloed, so a customer's lane history does not train a competitor's pricing. The company states that an independent SOC 2 audit of its core systems is underway.

Integrations and scope

Dollar Traq integrates with the customer's inbox, TMS, and ELD systems. The platform is designed for freight brokers, but also for 3PLs and forwarders, shippers, and carriers. The company offers a demo and distinguishes between broker access and carrier access. Pricing and plan comparison are shown on their site.
