About El Paso Community College — Northwest Campus

Northwest Campus opened in 1994 to serve the growing far west side of El Paso. Its address, 6701 South Desert Boulevard, is at the I-10 and Transmountain Road intersection. EPCC offers academic, technical and noncredit classes here, and identifies admissions, registration, financial aid and counseling among the services available at the campus.

The site includes classroom and laboratory buildings, with facilities for mathematics, biology and geology, and support for ESL and reading. Its library is especially distinctive: EPCC operates it in partnership with the City of El Paso and the El Paso Public Library as a community library, with study and meeting rooms as well as college resources. Northwest Early College High School also gives eligible high-school students a route to earn college credits and an associate degree alongside graduation requirements.

This campus makes sense for residents of the west side who need access to both credit-bearing and continuing education without crossing town for every service. It offers a full set of classes and services, but course locations change by term. Verify the program map and schedule before choosing Northwest as the regular home of a particular major.

The college lists the location as 6701 South Desert Boulevard, El Paso, Texas 79932. The site is beside I-10 and Transmountain Road. Use the official map or directions link to plan the turn-in and identify the classroom building.
