About El Paso Community College — Administrative Services Center
The Administrative Services Center is not one of EPCC’s five teaching campuses; it combines college administration with a second building for workforce and community programs. At 9050 Viscount Boulevard, Building A houses personnel, payroll, purchasing and information technology. Building B is the more relevant stop for prospective learners: EPCC places Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Massage Therapy, Travel and Tourism, GED, Workforce and Economic Development, Continuing Education, customized training, literacy programs, the Senior Adult Program and the Small Business Development Center here.
This is the address to investigate if you want a short workforce course, adult education or a community training service rather than a standard associate degree. EPCC also says it runs literacy, basic-skills and noncredit classes at community centers and public schools throughout the county, so not every class meets at this building. The schedule or program office can confirm current location, length and enrollment steps.
Program formats and credentials differ: a GED or noncredit workforce course does not carry the same credit structure as an associate degree, and the catalog should be checked before assuming coursework transfers. Students comparing a career certificate with college credit can ask whether a particular class counts toward a credential and what fees or materials are charged.
The official address is 9050 Viscount Boulevard, El Paso, Texas 79925. It is a separate service destination from Valle Verde and from the five main campuses. Check the current class listing for the building and room before setting out.
A service and training location for culinary arts, cosmetology, massage therapy, tourism, GED, workforce training, continuing education, literacy and senior-adult programs.
