About Healthy Kids Pediatric Group

Healthy Kids Pediatric Group: Pediatric Care in New Jersey

Healthy Kids Pediatric Group is a pediatric practice serving children from the newborn period through young adulthood. Its team consists of board-certified pediatricians who provide medical care in an environment described as friendly and relaxed, with the stated goal of helping parents meet the challenges that all families face.

The practice combines routine medical care with acute illness visits. According to its presentation, the medical team takes a hands-on approach: assistants document vital signs — height, weight, blood pressure, among others — while the physicians themselves perform all lab tests and administer vaccines to ensure proper and consistent techniques.

Pediatric Services

The service portfolio includes well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, newborn care, and ADHD screening. Annual well-child visits for school or sports include vision and hearing screens, developmental screening, anticipatory guidance on nutrition, exercise, safety, school, and socialization, as well as a complete physical exam. These appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes to allow time to answer questions or address concerns about the child.

The practice also performs lab tests such as rapid strep and flu tests, tympanometry, and urinalysis, and administers patients' vaccines.
