Durham Technical Community College — Duke Street North

Duke Street North is a compact career-training location whose programs differ from the general academic campus. Durham Tech lists cosmetology, natural hair care, manicuring, esthetics, massage therapy and real-estate courses among its offerings. Many options are continuing education and prepare students for state licensing or entry-level work rather than a transfer degree.

The teaching salons and spa let students practice supervised services. The college’s Esthetics Spa publishes a menu and appointment periods for services such as facials, lash and brow treatments and makeup; availability changes with the term and student clinic schedule. Some courses require an information session, proof of age and high-school completion, and English-language instruction.

The building is at 3414 North Duke Street. Current course pages identify rooms and session dates; use those details to reach the right classroom or clinic. Students and visitors should follow Durham Tech’s campus parking-permit rules and confirm where to park before arriving.
