Revair

Revair, online store for a mullein supplement

Revair is an online store operating under the domain revair.store that sells a mullein-based supplement. Its catalog focuses on a single product, presented as a formula that, according to the store's own description, bypasses the bloodstream and acts directly on the airways, breaks down deep mucus that pills and drops can't touch, and provides all-day relief.

Product and store proposition

The featured item is a premium mullein supplement. The website promotes it with the messages "Finally, Mullein That Actually Reaches Your Lungs" and "Bypasses the bloodstream — delivers directly to your airways," while also emphasizing that its effect lasts all day. The store includes a legal notice on the product page stating that these statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Purchasing, shipping, and guarantee

The platform runs on Shopify and allows purchases without creating an account, with optional login to speed up the process. The cart displays amounts in U.S. dollars and calculates taxes, discounts, and shipping costs at checkout. The store offers free shipping above a $40 threshold and optional shipping protection covering damage, loss, or theft during transit. It also applies a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the customer is not satisfied, they can return the item for a full refund.

Promotions and subscription

The site advertises up to 65% off in its summer sale, with an active countdown on the page. It also has a subscription program and a section to track orders, as well as informational pages on privacy, refund, shipping, terms of service, and subscription policies.

Customer service and international reach

The store handles inquiries by phone and email. Its phone support hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Saturday. The site allows selecting the region and currency among the United States (USD), Australia (AUD), Canada (CAD), New Zealand (NZD), and the United Kingdom (GBP), indicating that it targets several international markets.
