Del Mar College — Windward Campus

Windward Campus is Del Mar College’s west-side site for applied and professional training. The college assigns health sciences, public safety, emerging technologies and industrial and technical education to this campus. Its map labels health-science buildings, an Emerging Technology Building, automotive and diesel shops, aviation maintenance, welding and metals facilities, public-safety classrooms and simulation spaces. Students should check the program page and campus map to identify the building for a lab or advising appointment.

The site also has a Student Enrollment Center in Coleman Center, room 106, and an Academic Learning Center. Course examples include nursing and allied health, emergency services, computer and industrial technologies, automotive trades and aviation maintenance; selective programs such as imaging or dental careers may set separate prerequisites and application dates. Adult ESL lists a Windward class location as well, but orientation currently begins at Heritage, so confirm the assigned classroom before going.

The address is 4101 Old Brownsville Road. Del Mar reports free campus parking without a permit requirement at present; a valid student ID allows free RTA bus rides. Its location page links the Windward map and transit routes. For enrollment questions, the Windward Student Enrollment Center lists 361-698-1741; call ahead to confirm the office and program you need.
