Deloitte US is part of the international network of member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL), a UK private company limited by guarantee. The organization itself states that DTTL and each member firm are legally separate and independent entities, and that DTTL — also referred to as Deloitte Global — does not provide services to clients. In the United States, the name Deloitte refers to one or more of the US member firms of DTTL and their related entities. The firm also notes that certain services may not be available to attest clients under the rules and regulations of public accounting.
