Stair Warehouse

Stair Warehouse, stair and railing parts with shipping in the United States

Stair Warehouse is an online store dedicated to selling components for stairs and railing systems. Its catalog covers wood, iron, and stainless steel parts, and includes both modern-style solutions and farmhouse-inspired options. The company operates from Conroe, Texas, and sells its products with shipping to any point in the United States.

Origin and history

The company was founded twenty years ago by Shawn Capell and John Stevens, two industry professionals who identified the difficulty of finding high-quality stair parts online. With the experience accumulated in supplying stair components across the country, they launched one of the first e-commerce stores specializing in this type of product. According to company information, more than 100,000 customers have been satisfied with its services over these two decades.

Product catalog

The offering is organized into several families of components:

• Modern railings: systems with clean lines and minimalist design, featuring combinations of metal, glass, and stainless steel.
• Farmhouse railings: rustic-style options to add character to the stairwell.
• Iron balusters: manufactured to high standards of craftsmanship, available in the most popular styles and finishes and with powder coating for greater durability.
• Wood balusters: in contemporary, colonial, country, French, Hampton, Bunker Hill, Utah, and Mission styles.
• Wood handrails: made without finger joints from the highest-quality hardwoods.

• Treads and risers: modern treads, remodel treads, landing treads, false treads, starter steps, and stair boards.
• Hardware and accessories: fasteners for balusters and handrails, wall brackets, rosettes, finials, wood plugs, brackets, and installation tools.
• Deck railings: Easy Deck Railing system.

Materials and manufacturing

Wood parts are manufactured with furniture-grade hardwoods and selected construction methods, and most are produced in the United States. Stainless steel components use grades 304 and 316, which provides durable finishes and greater strength. Iron balusters are powder coated to extend their service life. The company states that it works with several manufacturers and importers to offer a broad selection of components.

Featured systems and new arrivals

Recent additions include a stainless steel railing system with LED lighting and a modern horizontal railing line, designed to pair with Farmhouse box newels and the modern wood handrail. The company also notes that its stairs have appeared in the first two episodes of the second season of the program Home Town Takeover, broadcast on HGTV.

The store offers a project consultation service: customers can indicate what they are looking for and their stair measurements, and the team responds with a parts list and a quote. The company highlights fast shipping with no hidden fees, accurate product information, ease of use of the website, transparent communication, easy returns, and a dedicated support team. The site includes installation guides, videos, a buyers checklist, and a parts glossary.
