History and Background

Top Lawn's history dates back to 1984, when Mike Curlee began working at a small fertilization company in its early days. Ten years later, Ken West joined and became his protégé. In the spring of 2001, the company was sold to a large multinational corporation, which led to the founding of Top Lawn that same year. After two decades in business, Top Lawn's owners transferred ownership to ExperiGreen, another industry-leading organization, to continue its level of service. The company describes itself as family-owned and operated by its founders, with a team made up of family and community members.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Top Lawn states that its goal is to provide the best lawn care service and that if a customer is not fully satisfied, the company returns to correct the problem at no charge. If the solution does not work, it offers a discount on the next visit. The company also emphasizes that it does not apply hidden fees and does not require contracts, and that its products are child- and pet-friendly.
