One Day Roofing

One Day Roofing: one-day residential roof replacement and installation

One Day Roofing is a roofing contractor based in Columbia, Maryland, focused on the replacement and installation of roofs for residential and commercial properties. Its approach is built on completing replacement and installation work in a single day, as the company itself states, and on a GAF Master Elite certification that backs the roofing systems it installs.

Roofing services

The company concentrates its offering on two main lines: residential roof replacement and new roof installation. In the first case, it replaces systems at the end of their useful life with prior planning, communication with the client, and attention to detail during installation. In the second, it handles new construction projects and major renovations, with a focus on design, installation, and the durability of the result.

The stated technical specialty is asphalt shingle roofing, both for individual homeowners and for commercial property managers. The company notes that it designs systems aimed at long-lasting protection with no surprises.

GAF certification and in-house financing

One Day Roofing presents itself as a GAF Master Elite certified contractor, a manufacturer standard that the company links to the quality of the systems it installs. It also offers in-house financing to make replacement or installation work more accessible, and has a credit application available to request it.

Team and project management

The company details the composition of its leadership and operations team. Andrew Engel, chief executive officer, comes from the mortgage sector after ten years of experience and is a graduate of Bowie State University. Griffin Libhart, director of operations, oversees installations across all service areas and came to the company from professional soccer. In sales, Warren Gatewood and Paul Barrett hold senior management positions; Sam Gaffney and Shawn Kennedy have more than eight and ten years respectively in the roofing and construction industry; Navar Solis and Reggie Tankard were promoted to sales managers in August 2023; and Steven Cruz completes the sales team.
